‘Re:Focus’ / Fort Smith Film Festival

Artworks created around the theme of ‘re/focus’ for the Fort Smith International Film Festival / USA.

The brief explored the theme as an urgent, constructive action performed by both film maker and viewer and top be inspired by the materiality, magic and layers of film making: apertures / exposures / screens / reels / captured and projected light / darkened spaces / celluloid, video and digital / texture / repetition / shifting focus and persistence of vision.

Final Design developed in collaboration with Fort Smith local designer Bryan Alexis.
